Authority and lawful access
I own or have permission to administer every PC, server and session I connect. I will not use pairing to control someone else’s account or vehicle. I have the rights needed for any uploaded data, map image, configuration or other material, and will not redistribute third-party mods without permission.
Limited permission and privacy
I grant only the permission reasonably needed to store and process my material for requested FarmCommand features. I retain my underlying rights. I will inform affected players about authorized monitoring and obtain required consent before any player-location or personal diagnostic upload. I will not upload passwords, permanent master secrets or unnecessary personal information.
