Accounts and affirmative agreement
You must be at least 18 and reside in the United States for this development release. Use an email you control, verify it and protect your account. Supabase handles authentication. Explicit acceptance of current terms, privacy information and server/content authority is required; material revisions require a new acceptance. These terms do not waive rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be waived.
Authority to connect and control
Connect only computers, servers and game sessions you own or have explicit permission to administer. A server registration does not authorize access to another player’s PC or vehicle. Pairing grants revocable, scoped access to the selected companion. Do not share pairing codes. Keep your game administration password private. Do not use FarmCommand to harass, disrupt, cheat on unauthorized servers or bypass access controls.
Local inputs and limitations
Phone inputs require local consent, a current paid entitlement, an allowlisted binding and the selected FS25 process in the foreground. Input sent does not establish a confirmed game-state change. Close game chat and text fields before arming controls. Only enable access while you control the paired session. Network failures, focus changes, mods or game updates can prevent or change the effect of an input. Uncertain commands are not automatically replayed. Normal FS25 gameplay must remain independent of this integration.
Free and paid features
Basic status is free. Farm player counts and add/remove money are intended free features when verified game integration exists; they are not currently available. Vehicle buttons, saved control layouts and speed HUDs require paid access. Speed HUD telemetry is not implemented. Stripe checkout is not enabled and no payments are collected in this release. Before paid launch, checkout must disclose final prices, renewal intervals, cancellation, refunds and any grace period. No payment obligation is created by these draft terms.
Game integrations and compatibility
FarmCommand is independent and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by GIANTS Software. Farming Simulator and other third-party names remain their owners’ marks. Integration must respect applicable game and mod licenses. Compatibility with every mod, game version, server host or device is not guaranteed. Unverified features are unavailable. Never use this development release for savegame edits without a tested backup/recovery workflow. Active savegame files are not directly modified.
Intellectual property and permitted use

No permission is granted to redistribute, sell or commercially exploit proprietary source without written authorization, subject to applicable law. Third-party software and mods retain their own licenses. You retain your rights in materials you supply and grant only the limited permission needed to operate the requested service.
Privacy, consent and acceptable use
Inform players about authorized server monitoring. Obtain specific consent before uploading personal PC diagnostics or player location information; server ownership alone is not consent for unrelated device data. Do not upload credentials, unnecessary personal data, unlawful material or third-party mods without rights. Do not access another account’s servers, forge payments or circumvent command and subscription checks.
Suspension, deletion and complaints
You can revoke companions and request account deletion. Deletion ends integration access and removes associated server registrations, layouts and command history, subject to applicable retention/legal obligations described in the Privacy Policy. Previous Car Tweaker records are preserved until explicitly deleted. Report security, copyright or abuse concerns to the contact above or /copyright. Complaints require review and are not automatically proof of wrongdoing. Restrictions must consider applicable law and responses.
Development availability and liability
The release may contain defects and may be interrupted. Do not rely on it for safety-critical activity or guaranteed server availability. Keep your own backups. No promise of loss-free game state, uninterrupted access or universal compatibility is made. Any warranty disclaimer or liability restriction applies only to the extent permitted by law; statutory rights remain. This draft does not impose mandatory arbitration or an exclusive venue.
